About the Dress

The all-crepe façade of this elegant mermaid gown features a refined, bateau neckline that leads into an extensively embroidered, illusion back, whose flower and foliage motifs curl and blossom about a sweet line of buttons. Wedding dress with mermaid cut, bateau neckline and crepe fabric. The dress is off-white. The lighting in the pictures isn’t perfect, though the professional model picture shows the true color, as well as the close up I posted of the embroidery near the neckline.

This dress was bought as a sample dress from Pronovias in NYC, but I was not able to wear it. I am asking for what I paid for it. It has been professionally cleaned by Orange Restoration Labs (which has great reviews - I personally recommend them after seeing their work) and has never been worn at a wedding or altered. I covered the cost of the cleaning, so it’s an even better deal! Any lose bead or button has been tightened by a professional seamstress and it’s in perfect condition to be altered to your body and worn.

Pictures shown are photos of the actual dress currently. I’ve also included pictures of me wearing the dress in the store, before it’s cleaning and restoration, to get a better sense of what it looks like on.
