The dress is great condition with the exception of a small tear at the bottom of the train. However, the dress length is for 5’11 with heels so it’s highly likely most would need alterations and since it’s at the bottom, it would be removed. Second, the additional skirt covers it so it isn’t noticeable. I’m sure it could be fixed if length needed to be kept. See photo for reference.
