The dress is still retailing for about $2,500 - $3,000 at Raffaele Ciuca and has been one of their top sellers.

//What I say:
The dress itself is an ivory / gold. The satin underneath the tulle overlay is ivory with a gold tint, and the tulle overlay and lace beading work is an ivory.

I bought this dress with the cap sleeves which make the corset back look spectacularly elegant which was my main motivator for buying this dress. These didn't end up getting used but clip on easily with little hidden fish eye hooks and buttons.

//Size
It is a size 4 in wedding dress terms, but I am usually an 8. The corset makes it a very versatile dress in terms of size, as even if you were a 10 you could wear this as I had my corset as tight as it could go - so there is definitely room there.

//I made the following alterations:
- Length including tulle overlay shortened. I am 165 CM tall and wore shoes with a 12 cm heel
- Bust inserts (I am usually a B/C cup)
- Bustle hooks so it could be bustled up after the ceremony

//Condition:
The dress was obviously only worn once and is in marvellous condition. I have not dry cleaned this as it will cost a fortune and make it not worth while selling but there are no rips, not broken threading or beading, and no stains. I have carefully hand washed the bottom of the train as there was a bit of dust from when the train was out which is now gone. The cord for the corset is also intact (did NOT have to cut it to get the dress off luckily).
