I absolutely adore this dress - it is gorgeous! It is from Monique Lhuillier's S/S'13 collection, and was purchased in July this year (never worn). I am really sad to have to sell it, but unfortunately I misunderstood the sizing when I bought it (it is a one-off sample I purchased from a boutique in the US without trying it on - I thought it was a US 10, but actually it fits like a UK 10/12). It doesn't fit me and I don't want to try to lose the weight, so I've come to the conclusion to sell it and get something else :(. It is in very good condition, though as to be expected with a sample it has some light damage. I have had it assessed by a tailor, who determined that damage is very minor and only superficial. Specifically, there is some loose stitching around the bum, the top layer of fabric has come loose from the seam over a 1cm section just under the right arm, and the last 2cm of boning under the left chest is slightly loose. While I have not had it professionally cleaned since I bought it, the fabric is in flawless condition with no dirt or stains. I also just went back and checked with the boutique I bought it from, and they gave me these measurements for the dress: Bust: 37.5in; Waist: 29in; Hips: 40in

The dress has never been worn, only tried on in a boutique setting, and has not been altered. It has been stored since purchase in a sealed, climate controlled setting. I'm very sad to part with this dress, but I hope it will bring someone joy for their wedding!!

To clarify on the pictures - I have added some pictures from the salon which I originally bought the dress from, with it dressed on a mannequin. I have also taken a couple of pictures of my sister in the dress just so you can see it on a real person - but she is 5'3 and has quite a short torso, so the flare of the dress starts lower under her bum than it would on most people. Also she is in flat shoes in these pictures, so the dress is long on her and I think this probably makes it look like the dress flares more than it would on a taller person. So, the mannequin shots give the best overall impression of the dress - but hopefully useful to also see on a person!
