The Dress
I absolutely love this dress!! But I wore it for my wedding a few weeks ago and just simply won't ever need to wear it again. I hope it brings someone else as much joy as it brought to me! As you can see from the pictures, the dress has a deep v-neck in the front and an open back, with long lace sleeves. The material in the skirt is stretchy and incredibly comfortable. I danced all night without any issues.
Alterations
The dress was altered slightly to take the sleeves in a bit so they weren't so loose. The waist was also taken in a bit and the hem was shortened to align with my 3 inch heels (I'm 5'6 without shoes). The sleeves were also shortened just slightly to line up properly with my wrist, but the skirt and sleeve lengths should work well for anyone around my height. Finally, my tailor added three bustles to the back which allow the dress to be pulled up after the ceremony for dancing. This could easily be removed as well.
