This Dakota Gown by Rue de Seine was a dream come true. We traveled from New Orleans to Austin just to see it in person. After trying on 30+ other gowns, we finally got to this one and once it was on, I knew it was the one.
It's intricate lace statement sleeves and bohemian tassels were what set it apart from all the gowns.
I definitely felt major fairytale, ethereal, Stevie Nick's vibes as I strutted down the path at our little outdoor community garden ceremony. And, if you LOVE dancing and music as much as I do...you are going to have a blast in this gown. I didn't want to take it off. The most beautiful gown I have ever worn and I'll cherish it forever!

Alterations
- The neckline was taken up a bit, so it wasn't as plunging; however, the stitches were small and made to be easily removed
- We also added a small bustle to the train, so it made it easier to dance and navigate in without being too heavy on the delicate fabric
