The Dress
My dress is in very good condition, had no complaints about it. Just selling it because we could use the money for our first baby coming in the spring!
I love the way it smooths out my stomach with the under champagne-colored layer, and the top lace white-colored layer makes the dress come together beautifully. While the under-layer smooths out my stomach and shows the shape of my body (higher waistline), it’s also not too tight on my stomach, so that even if I eat too much or feel bloated, I’m still able to move around comfortably in it. The very bottom under-layer has a tiny bit of darkness to it due to walking outside in the dress on my wedding day, but the top layer totally conceals that. And I’m sure getting it cleaned would fix that even if that did bother you.
It’s pretty simple to bustle and walk/dance around in. If you’re looking for an elegant, comfortable dress to have a good time in, look no further because this is it!!
Alterations
It was originally too long and I don’t like heels, so we shortened it. Also it was too low for me so we tightened the straps a bit!
