The Dress

The dress was inspired by the photographs of 1930’s British society ladies - with exquisite embellishment fully covering the Grecian chiffon silhouette, and a simple silk under-slip dress.

The main feature is at the back of the dress, with a sheer section delicately opening to the waist and transforming into an elegant puddle train at the hem.

This is a very elegant yet comfortable dress - it's relaxed silhouette will be perfect for sizes 10-12, fitting at the waist and then flowing to the ground. The hemline was minimally shortened by a professional bridal seamstress to fit 5ft 8 height. As there were no other alterations - it can very easily be altered to fit another bride.

The dress was worn once , and has since been fully dry cleaned by a specialist Jenny Packham approved company. It's kept pristine in the original Jenny Packham dress bag ready for the next Bride to enjoy. It’s in very good condition, with only a small and barely visible mark at the very bottom of hem.

Perfect for a summer's day. The dress has an effortless feel about it, where you easily move around - sit (and eat!) for the meal and speeches - then dance the night away! It is so relaxed and comfortable.
