The Dress

Simple yet very gracious and elegant is the style of this dress. It is a replica of a 1950s party dress and the style made me feel like a movie star from Hollywood's golden age!
It is very comfortable and light. Because the length of the skirt is just above the ankle, it is fantastic for dancing and I danced all night long.

The sleeveless top base is made of cappuccino organza with beautiful intricate lace and transparent sequins. The cups are also cappuccino colour.

The back is deep cut and under the arms area is exposed towards the waist.

The skirt is A-shape to highlight the waist and is made of plain organza.

I wore the dress with a petticoat, which gave the skirt a fuller appearance. The petticoat is optional for the buyer as the dress looks beautiful even without. I wanted my dress to be quite unique. My petticoat has a small red trim underneath. As per the below photo, the red trim was not visible normally, but could be seen only when dancing.

The dress is in excellent condition without any flaws.

This dress was made to measure for 160cm tall, size 6/8 lady.
