Wendy Makin

My wedding dress is Wendy Makin bought off the rack, size 10. It was worn for only two hours for my traditional Korean wedding, and is in the same condition as when I bought it. No marks, damage or wear.

My wedding was just two months ago in October. The Dress has just come home from the dry cleaners and is hung in a full length cloth bag in an airy room - so its completely fresh and ready to go with no work required.

The dress fit me perfectly off the rack.

My measurements are - Height: 166cm Bust: 90cm Waist: 76cm Hips: 94cm

The ONLY alteration done to this dress was to have the hem taken up to floor length for my height, wearing a double bar hoop underneath, and in 8cm high heels.

If you are smaller than me - the bodice can easily be taken in, its completely original and unaltered.

If you are taller than me, the dress can be made longer on you by wearing a smaller hoop underneath or no hoop at all, or by wearing lower heels.

The dress is the very palest shade of pink - so it looks white like a pearl from afar, but gives skin that tends to look washed out by white or ivory shades a beautiful dewy radience.

Dress is comfortable and secure, with a stiff bodice that eliminates any need for a bra or corset underneath. the simple detail of beading on the bodice, and plain layer upon layer of tulle skirt allows you to accessorise however you like without overpowering the design.

The hairpiece shown in my photos was custom made from the same tulle as the dress (off cuts from wendy makin) with small crystals and a matching pale pink silk. It is available to be included in purchase of the dress at your request, for not extra charge.
