Alterations

  • I ordered this dress as a size M so it could be custom fitted to me
  • I'm a standard size 10, 170cm tall and wore 11cm heels
  • It would fit a size 6 to 12 with simple alterations as the fabric is very easy to alter
  • I also had the designer add buttons to the back of the dress to give a more couture look

What is Bride say's: I absolutely love this dress and will be sad to see it go however it is too beautiful not to be worn again. It was extremely comfortable and flattering to wear. As you can see from the photos I wore the dress as an off-the shoulder dress for the ceremony, then changed it to strapless for our first dance (using two small safety pins) so I could dance freely. The dress has a hidden tie bustle built into the training for dancing also. I took very good care of the dress for the 6 hours that I wore it. It has no rips, marks or any sign that it has been previously worn. It has also been professionally dry-cleaned, packed and stored. I will also include a 3m cathedral length single tier viel I purchased from the same designer for $400 that I didn't end up using on the day. I bought this for the photos only (for the fly away veil shots) but ended up wearing my other custom veil with the petal detail for the day (in photo 1). I'm very happy to answer any questions you may have.
