Alterations
- The size 8 dress was taken in slightly in the hips, waist, and length
- The dress lists as a size 4 since wedding dresses run small and actually equate to a size 6-8
- I wear a standard U.S
- size 4 in most pant/dress
- The measurements I specified above are my exact measurements wearing the dress
- I am 5'6" without shoes and I wore a 2 inch wedge, with the dress perfectly overlaying my shoes in front
- The dress does have bra inserts sewn in that can easily be removed (I am a small-mid B cup)
- I did not alter the jacket but would recommend that you do in case it fits a little loose (I wish I would have for my pictures!)
- I do have a large rib cage and wide waist, so others may need the dress altered further as I suggest a very fitted look in this dress
- The dress is heavy enough to feel decadent but not too heavy
- I loved having the option of both looks, with or without the jacket!
