It's an Australian brand and the size on the dress reads xxs. It has an elastic band around the waist so I believe it would fit anyone from xxs to s.
It's in excellent condition.
I wore it for about an hour before I switched to a party dress.

Alterations
I had the bottom altered for my height and that is it. Everything else is adjustable with this dress. I am 5"3 and had it altered to be long with me wearing heels.
