I wore this dress to my wedding rehearsal. It is very beautiful and has a great vintage effect.
For alterations, I had the bust taken in (I'm a 34C) and I also had a layer of the tulle (bobbinet) removed from the skit to make it less full. The skirt is still full, but it has less of a ballgown/Scarlet O'Hara effect when walking through doorways and sitting down at a table.
The waist is 27 1/2 and the length is 40.
There are two light stains on the dress, I've included photographs.
