This dress is brand new, and has never been worn to any event. It has only been worn at the dress store when I picked it up and worn at the tailor shop for minor alterations. I had the bust brought in a bit to fit me at 34C, and had the bottom hemmed to fit my height (5'3") with two inch heels. Besides that, this dress has stayed in its bag.
The color of this dress is champagne, and has beautiful lace at the top and all satin at the bottom. Also, this purchase includes the hoop skirt! You can wear it as a ball gown with the hoop or as an a-line dress without the hoop.
