This is a beautiful hummingbird blue natural waist ball gown. The ivory top of the gown is a lattice and rose-cut lace lingerie bodice with a V-neckline, and the back is a cut-out corset detail. The skirt is cascading tulle with horsehair trim. This dress is brand new, has never been worn, and has not been altered. A change in location for the wedding has resulted in the need to find a different dress that better accommodates the weather and the new venue/setting. Willing to hear alternative offers as well.
