I bought this dress from a seller in Texas, who had worn it for her Maui wedding (see pictures of her in the dress, along with one of me trying it on). She had it professionally cleaned and store din a smoke-free home. According to her post, there were a few minor snags on the bottom of the dress from rocks, but I did not notice anything when I got the dress. Unfortunately for me, it just didn't look right on my body, and I found another dress that just flattered my figure better.

However, this is a gorgeous dress, and is in great condition. I have included her original measurements and details below:

It is extremely stretchy and could easily be modified. The measurements I sent in for customizing were:
