The Dress

This was my DREAM wedding dress - it checked off all the boxes I was looking for and the fabric was so beautiful and flattering. The fabric is a beautiful 100% silk ivory crepe dress that looks so luxurious, sexy and classy. I purchased this dress from LOHO Bride in Los Angeles and requested to add buttons to the waistline on the back (paid $300 sewn on by Katherine Tash's team) but there is still a zipper underneath the buttons to zip up the dress. The buttons are decorative and do not need to buttoned one by one.

The dress is in excellent condition, there are tiniest snags from the wedding day but nothing noticeable at all - a few on the train from walking without the bustle for a bit. I got the dress professionally dry cleaned right after my wedding and have it kept it in the dry cleaning plastic as well as the Katherine Tash garment bag it came in. Will ship the dress exactly how it is in the plastic and garment bag.

Alterations

I got this dress altered down from the Katherine Tash size 6 to my actual measurements where the bust and hips were altered to my size (34.5 bust, 27 waist, 34.5 hips, widest part of butt measures to 37”). I am 5'0" and wore 5.5" heels with the dress on. The train length was kept the same and a bustle was added. I do wish it was tighter around my butt so if you’re worried it might be too tight, there’s extra room in the area
