The Dress

I cannot overstate how beautiful and comfortable this dress is! The fabric snatches you in and is forgiving at the same time; I’m confident I could’ve fluctuated 10+ lbs up or down and it would’ve looked just as fabulous.

Perfect for the laid back bride who wants to look gorgeous AND be comfortable on her wedding day. Excellent condition and professionally dry cleaned. Another great perk of this dress is that it's one of the only GLL styles that you can step into it vs pulling it over your head.

This dress was custom made to standard GLL XS measurements and features slight alterations (see below). To give you better idea of sizing, I'm 5'4.5" tall and about 120 lbs. I generally wear a size 2/4 or 27 in jeans and a 32DD bra.

Standard GLL XS (US 4) size measurements are as follows: Bust 31¼-33 IN, Under bust - 27-28½ IN, Waist - 24-25½ IN, Hip - 36-37½ IN. Note that these measurements are flexible since the fabric is so stretchy.

Other details:
- I removed the hanging loops under the armpits of this dress so they didn’t stick out on my wedding day. This is something that can easily be added back in by a tailor if you want them (note that it is not recommended to hang the dress by its straps). My dress was folded until about an hour before my wedding and looked perfect; no steaming required. This is really the most low-maintenance dress of all time!
- Comes with original cup inserts. I also purchased Boombas “Invisible Lift” bra inserts but ended up not wearing them. Happy to throw these in for free (originally $55) if you’re a D+ cup and would like them.
- Comes with the original GLL hanger, garment bag, and box.

Alterations

- Length: I am 5’4.5” and wore this with a small 1” heel. It is tailored to just brush the ground at this length.
- Bust: The bust has been taken in just ¼” on each side to provide more support. I am a 32DD and felt comfortable and supported. I am confident this would be great for up to a 34” band size as well (it would probably be even more supportive).
- Bustle: I added a simple 3-point bustle to more evenly distribute the weight of the train and prevent any tearing of the lace, although the lace is quite strong.
