The Dress
Meticulously hand-embroidered dress, crafted out of 7 layers of ivory tulle with one layer of very light pink tulle underneath, making the French Solstiss lace stand out. The top was made of invisible tulle with embroidered lace and tiny translucent beads, scattered lightly across the chest. At the back, a row of tiny buttons wrapped in lace outlined the deep V neck. A beaded small belt completed the dress to mark the waistline and add glamour to the dress. The dress felt precious, light, airy, beautifully soft. The pictures turned out gorgeous in the charming afternoon glow, with the warm sun lighting up the layers of soft tulle. I wore the dress for only about 4 hours and felt like a true princess in it. It has been dry cleaned at a specialist luxury cleaner in Geneva.
