The Dress

Brand new dress, never worn outside of the store or tailor. It really is a beautiful dress, I loved the brand because of all the dresses I tried on this one fit me, having a smaller chest, without having to add any cups or padding & I preferred that. I'm a 34a and in other dresses I didn't feel comfortable or would have had to do a lot of alterations and add cups and pads to the bust and I wanted to be myself and comfortable in a dress. I think for me, it's the train, the unique lace pattern, and the fit is so comfortable that really sold me and is what made me fall in love with the dress itself. I'm 5'9 and was going to wear 2-inch heels for the perfect length on the dress - I didn't get it hemmed at all, but that could still be done if needed.

In the first photos I am wearing the size 6 at the store and ordered the size 4 - so it's clipped a lot in the photos because it's one size bigger. The size 4 is measured at 35 bust, 27 waist, and 37.5 hips. It does have a little stretch to it & is comfortable. I did have it altered to be tightened a tiny bit in the waist, honestly barely anything it fit almost perfectly when I got it but I wanted the waist to be a bit more snatched & I had a bustle created as well since it does have a fairly long train. This dress is ivory with tawny underlay, which brings out the unique lace really well. Happy to answer any other questions about the dress if you have them!
