The Dress
My wedding dress has only been worn once in August 2023. It is beautiful quality fabric and the tulle sleeves and bodice detail add an extra feminine element. I changed into a second dress on the night so this one was only worn for a few hours. It has since been professionally dry cleaned.
I bought it as a size 10 and had it professionally altered.

Alterations
Alterations include:
- taken in around the bust and waist to fit size 8
- cups added to bodice
- taken out a couple of centimetres around the hips
- the skirt was taken up to fit my height (168cm) with heels on to sit just above the toe
- the sleeves were removed from the dress and elastic was added to mean I could lift my arms easily and remove the sleeves for my reception entrance
- a wrist loop was added to be able to carry the skirt around during photos
