Dress is gorgeous and never worn (just alterations)! Top is beautiful and sweetheart neckline with tiny pearls and bottom is tulle with a low back. I am 5'2" without shoes and I am normally a size US women's 2 or 4 or size 25 in jeans. I also probably weigh about 108-110 pounds. I also never even wore it outside! Only inside and still amazing and new!
Alterations
Taken in on the top so that it was tighter and then it has a bustle as well as taken off from the bottom / shortened it.
