The Dress

Dress is a romantic ballgown/A-line with big, embellished bow sleeves made of tulle. The entire upper bodice is tulle with lace applique. Very fitted with a deep V neckline-- sheer medium-nude panel to hold the ladies back. I am thin, athletic body type with a big booty-- and this dress was perfect for my shape. Tiny on top with extra volume on bottom. There's a built-in bodysuit within for an extra-secure fit.

There's a sparkly bow detail on the front where the 'V' ends for just a bit of glam. Front and back of dress are mirrored, deep V/backless. There's multiple linings underneath the tulle but you can see from the video how in the right light, you can see your shape (a low-key sexy and romantic reveal).

Dress has been altered to have 6 bustle buttons since there is a very long train. Pearl/Ivory to match the dress.

This thing floats when you walk. It's BIG but it isn't heavy. I tried on about 50 dresses and although this was the largest in volume, it was the lightest to wear. I changed as soon as I got to the reception so the dress is in perfect condition, with no sign of wear save some scuff on the inside of the lining from walking. Not visible from outside.

Alterations

The dress was only altered for height. A Berta-certified master tailor took the bottom up so it would float when I walk. For reference, I am 5'7" and I wore 3 1/2" heels. It hits right at the floor if you're walking tall-- but maintains a long train.
