The most romantic soft dress, minor alterations to bring the bust into a size 8 top with a cup size of A-C and bring the hem up slightly. I bought two different dresses and never wore this beauty!
Would fit a size 6-8 top, with a size 8-10 bottom, I usually wear size 8 tops and size 10/12 bottoms and it fitted me perfectly! I'm 163cm tall :)

Alterations
Minor alterations to bring the bust into a size 8 top with a cup size of A-C making the cleavage gap smaller, this could be easily unstitched. Dress hemmed slightly to my height of 163cm - with a few layers to this dress, a good seamstress could hide the hem line with the layers.
