The Dress
Beautiful ivory silk dress by Ian Stuart. It's a mermaid style with loads of net coming out the front and under the train, with a giant silk flower on the hip. Incredibly flattering. The silk fabric has a lovely sheen.
All the fabric is dotted with tiny seed beads (hand beaded), and the top of the neckline is covered with beads. There's boning inside, and a back zip with decorative buttons. The train can be hitched up slightly for dancing.
I'd say it's good but not great condition. The biggest flaw is the armpit staining - see photo. There's 1-2 very tiny stains (2mm) otherwise, and some of the bottom edges are dirty where they touched the floor (not noticable). It was dry cleaned after my wedding. I haven't tried removing the stains.
The net hoop petticoat that gives the mermaid shape is included, as is an ivory feather shrug.

I don't remember but I assume it was altered slightly to fit me.
