The Dress

This dress was purchased in 2019 from LUV Bridal in Moone Ponds VIC. The purchase price was $2199. My original wedding date was in April 2020 however due to Covid-19 I ended up getting married in April 2020 after 2 years of postponements.

I absolutely love my wedding dress. It complemented my body shape (especially after having a baby in December 2020), it was comfortable and light. I wanted my wedding dress to look beautiful, but I also wanted to be able to have fun, dance, and enjoy my night without feeling restricted. I felt great in the dress all night. I would love another bride to enjoy this dress as much as I did.

I am very tall (181cm), and I wore 7.5cm heels. The dress was ordered with 2 extra inches in length so will suit someone tall, or it can be altered again. Aside from the extra length, there were minimal alterations (straps shortened slightly, button and train loop added)

Veil can be included for free (purchased for $99.50).

The dress had been fully dry cleaned by a dry cleaner that specialises in wedding dresses (cost $350)

Alterations

This dress was made with extra length (2 inches = 5.08 cm). There were minor alterations completed before the wedding including a Train loop and button added and straps shortened slightly.
