The Dress
This dress is beautiful and classic.
Mikado ballgown with a strapless sweetheart neckline and fitted bodice. A cathedral length train and satin covered buttons down the entire back of the dress.
I had the chantilly lace sleeves added to the dress, they are totally detachable so the weight of the dress didn’t rip the lace – you have the option of wearing them with the dress or without, or with sleeves for your ceremony and strapless for the reception.
No alterations to the length or the bodice. A button loop bustle was added to the gown by a Maggie Sottero recommended seamstress in Sydney.
I purchased the dress for my wedding that was originally scheduled in 2020, but rescheduled for July 2022 due to COVID.
I’m located on the Central Coast, NSW. The dress was originally purchased from Abby Bridal in Sydney city.
