The Dress

I purchased this dress from Brides of Melbourne in January 2022 for $2,400, with an RRP of $2,600. This Madison James dress is still available to purchase in store but with a few months wait time. The colour is ivory/sand.

I wore the dress for approximately 6 hours total and have had it dry cleaned and is good as new! The bottom of the lining has a bit of wear, but no harsh stains or anything visible when wearing the dress.

I am 176cm (5ft9) tall and wore flats for our wedding day, I could sit and eat really easily in the dress. I had a hidden loop attached to the train and the dress can be bustled as well. Can easily be moved to suit you, or completely removed if you wish..

Alterations

I had this dress altered to fit me (happy to provide the the seamstress I used if you're also in Melbourne). The length is as it was when I purchased it. The off shoulder straps can easily be removed and elastic can be added to have the straps sit more firmly if you wish as well.
