The Dress

This is the Allemande Gown by Nouvelle Amsale that I purchased from BHLDN in January 2022. It is unworn (besides trying on) but has been altered to fit more of a street size 8 but is still a little loose with plenty of room left to alter to a perfect fit. I was planning to wear this gown for my August 2022 wedding, but fell in love with another dress at the last minute. This dress is brand new and unworn besides the alterations. I am 5'4" but was planning to wear this with 2" in heels so it's been altered to more of a 5'5" or 5'6" height.

The things I love about this gown: it is THE lightest bridal gown I've ever tried on (and I tried on over 70). It flows beautifully and makes you feel like a fairy queen. It's soft and romantic and incredibly comfortable to wear to the point you could probably wear it to bed if you really wanted to. It looks so beautiful and elegant but would also be a blast to dance in and do twirls on the dance floor. The beautiful sleeves can be worn off shoulders or on, or you can alter them to detach and make them optional. I also have a larger bust and felt so secure and supported with this neckline and structural boning. I am between a 34DD and 36D and still felt like there was room to cinch it in around the girls if I wanted a tighter fit.

This gown is still available on BHLDN's site on sale for $1300. I'm pricing this gown to sell as I'd much rather see another bride wear this than have it sit in my closet. Alterations

Taken in at the waist to fit closer to street size 8 than street size 10. Hemmed to fit someone 5'4" wearing 2in heels.
