The Dress

This dress is simply beautiful! Classic yet modern with lovely beading detail. It is double French crepe, fully lined with a boned bodice and bra cups. This dress was incredible to wear, it was comfortable and made me feel very confident, the fabric pulls everything in and is very forgiving.

The beading on the dress is very unique and modern, I hadn’t seen anything quite like it! It runs down both sides of the gown and the train is almost fully beaded.

Alterations

This gown was originally a size 12 and has been altered to a size 10, however due to the nature of the fabric it does have a little give and could be let out again or made one size smaller (size 8). The waist and the hips were brought in at the side seams and the bust seems were also made slightly smaller. No major alterations were made. I am a standard size 10 and it fits perfectly, there is a little room in the bust/bra cups - it would suit up to a C cup without further alterations. The length of the gown has been shortened slightly on the sides, however no changes have been made to train or front of the gown. Measurements provided are my measurements not the dress.
