The Dress
This Mariana Hardwick Nahla Gown was created to fit my body and has not had any alterations (I am size 6 AU).
I am 169cm tall and wore 9cm heels on my wedding day (178cm in total). I am an 8D cup and the dress has cup inserts.
The dress is a classic fully beaded, V-neck gown with slimline skirt, sweeping train and slinky stretch lining. Fabric is Nahla beaded tulle (white) with silk stretchy base (white). A waist band in the same material was added. The tulle layer has been finished at the base with a mesh like material that gives the train a weightless and fluttery look.
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned at Ferrari Wedding Gown Cleaners in Moorabbin and has been returned in excellent condition. There are a few areas at the base of the dress where the beading has come off the tulle. Photos can be provided as requested.
