The Dress

Beautiful Trish Peng 'Harper Dress'
Worn for my wedding in March 2022 - have just received it back from the Dry Cleaners (photo attached for proof) and it is as good as new, ready for it's next bride!
I am a true size 12 (Size D bust).

Things I added to the original style of the Harper Dress to suit my body:
- Double Crepe (for extra support and that hold in feeling, the single crepe showed every lump and bump where as the double crepe definitely gave me more confidence)
- I added an extra 30cm to the train (because the dress is quite simple and chic, I wanted to add a bit more drama to the dress by extending the train)
- Extra boning throughout the bodice area (I have a size D bust and the dress felt firm and comfortable in that area, the boning definitely kept it up all day/night without me worrying - if you have a smaller bust area, this can obviously be taken in to accommodate to your size)
- Fabric white buttons down the back of the dress to add some finer details
- The off the shoulder sleeves were made slightly thicker (1.5cm) to give a bit more 'coverage.' These sleeves are also detachable so you can remove them for your first dance etc. if that is something you are worried about but I kept them on all night and found I could move my arms around enough. The dress does have some stretch in the material.

The dress has bustles at the bottom so that you can tuck the train up at the end of the night, perfect for dancing! It also has a wrist loop so that you can lift the train up easily while you walk around taking photos etc.

The Harper dress is retailed at $4,100.00 + the changes listed above took it to $4,510.00.
