The Dress

Sassi Holfords coloured Iris dress. Multiple layers of fabric including embroidered tulle and silk underskirts.

Dress has been worn only once and was sent to be professionally cleaned by Terrington Burchett (UK's leading wedding dress cleaners - £250) straight after the wedding. Now professionally packaged and boxed (pictured). I also have multiple dress bags for ease of transport which would be included.

There are very minor water marks at the end of the train hem, mostly on the silk underskirt. It can be worn as is. Other than that there is no damage or marking.

I usually wear between a UK size 12 & 14. I'm 5ft6 and had approx 3" heels on with the dress so would work for anyone up to 5ft9. The dress was pinched in, in a couple of places (bust dart so would be max 1" different from the standard sizing.

Sassi size 16 sizing:
39" bust
31" waist
43" low hip

I felt absolutely amazing in the dress and it has photographed so well. The photographers and registrars all commented that it was the best dress they have ever seen. It's surprisingly light so it's really easy to move in and the dress looks great with the train in a bustle.

Alterations

Minor alterations including:
- Bust cups - which could easily be removed
- Bustle to put the train up, which can not be seen when down
- Additional hook & eye hidden behind the two back buttons for a smoother close
- Minor fit modifications - hem / thin internal shoulder straps shortened, bust dart
