The Dress

Exquisite Jenny Packham Portia dress, bought as a size 12 sample and was professionally altered to fit my size which is size 10, I have a 34D bust, 30" waist and 40" hips. I am 5"7" tall and wore 6cm shoes.

The dress comprises of a beautiful embellished tulle with cap/flutter style sleeves over an ivory slip, the tulle overlay and the slip form a small train. The dress was only worn for 5 hrs and has been professionally cleaned. There is one sequin missing off one of the lines of sequins and there are a couple of sequins missing at the back on one of the vertical lines towards the bottom edge, I don't think this would be noticed but could be easily fixed by a seamstress. It was so comfortable and felt luxurious to wear, I felt amazing. I had lots of lovely comments and compliments about it from family, friends and even complete strangers when we were out having photos taken. I don't have the space to store it so hope some other bride will enjoy wearing it and feel as amazing as I did.
