The Dress

If I could find another reason to wear this dress again I would not be selling it.

From the moment I put it on I knew this was my dress. It is absolutely stunning and made me feel a million dollars on my wedding day.

It has a boned bodice which helped to create the illusion of an hourglass shape. There is also a slight stretch to the fabric so I felt comfortable all day, including my wedding breakfast (and lots of pizza in the evening). The beaded detailing catches the light in the sun and on the dance floor and got many compliments on how beautiful the detail of the dress is and how ethereal it looks.
The dress is sheer on the back, with a single hook and eye closure and a zip to fasten. The bardot straps are embellished but they didn't scratch on my skin and just sat nicely all day.
I am 5 ft 4 in height and wore 4 inch heels. The dress was originally made to suit my height with 4.5 inch heels, but as I couldn't find any, the tailor took the half inch off the bottom of the dress to fit the length perfectly. If you wanted the dress taken up shorter than this, the tailor said it was one of the easiest dresses to take length off so it wouldn't be a problem.

The dress has since been dry cleaned, and packaged nicely into a box. I am open to offers and happy if you wanted to try it on before you buy.

This dress absolutely deserves another day on the spotlight and you won't be disappointed.

Alterations

Skirt loops added to hold the skirt on your wrist.
Padded cups added but these are lightly sewn in and can be removed.
No alterations to the size of the dress.
