The Dress

From designer house Ae’lkemi, this is a sort after dress given that head designer and director Alvin Fernandez has now announced the end of his business. This is a rare gown and it is absolutely STUNNING! Price reduced! Dress is going for a steal!

The original dress on the Ae'lkemi website retailed at $1800. This dress has additional detailing around the bust and front split which means that this version of the dress retailed at AUS$2100. It is usually a long sleeve gown, however it was made without sleeves for a summer wedding. (Search Ae'lkemi on Instagram and you can find heaps of photos of the long sleeve gown also)The bodice of this sequin gown is a soft sheer mesh foundation, embellished hand cut sequin motifs creating peeks of skin throughout. A plunging v-neck line with a raw edge hem finish. The carefully applied appliquè has been applied to the bust and hip areas for coverage. Also has a clip inside for more coverage in the bust area.

I am a standard size 8 (UK/Aus) and it fits perfectly. I am 166cm (without shoes) and it has quite a lot of material at the end so it would also suit someone taller or with high heels. The photos do not do this dress justice! I apologise I am so white in the photos lol looks amazing with a tan. I did not end up wearing this amazing dress, hence I am hoping someone can give the dress the attention it deserves :) Any further questions please let me know!
