The Dress

I wore this gorgeous Rosa Clara Couture Segovia 2020 for my ceremony.

Although the dress is a size 6 (US), I did have it taken in by a professional seamstress.

I am 5'3" and wore 4" heels, so the dress is cut to fit 5'7". The top of the dress is in excellent condition and the beading is in perfect condition.

The color of the dress is off-white.

The zipper will need to be fixed. To avoid having the zipper break again, make sure that your seamstress teaches someone how to properly zip and unzip the dress. The tulle near the zipper has three tears. Two of the tears are the size of a quarter and one the size of a half dollar coin. The tulle at the front of the dress is in good condition with minor wear. There are about three sections on the bottom of the tulle where it looks more worn; however, this could be pressed and cleaned when dry cleaned.

The skirt under the dress is ankle length and very comfortable. This under skirt is two layers; and the fabric is very smooth. To compare sizing, I am a size 2 in the Charlie Reformation dress and a size 4 in the Butterfly Reformation dress. If those two dresses from Reformation fit you perfectly, then the wedding gown will definitely fit.

The dress already has been altered so that you can bustle the dress. The work the seamstress did for the bustling is epic!! Video on how to bustle is provided. The train is very secure once bustled.

Overall, I absolutely loved this wedding gown. There are some minor flaws in the tulle, but there is so much tulle that I am certain a professional seamstress can alter the dress.
