The Dress

This dress is simply stunning. Traditional with a modern elegance. The box pleat mikado dress gives a wonderful silhouette and features pockets! The bow at the back is beautiful.
Because the fabric is mikado (thick structure silk fabric) it hangs perfectly. Really flattering structured style racer style neck that enhances your waist with stylish ball gown style skirt with side pockets.

I had a couple of minor alterations to include a few buttons at the back as well as keeping the original zip which I loved because it takes no time to put on. I have a 34D chest and I’m 5ft 6” and I wore 4” platform shoes. The dress was taken in at the waist and bust and taken up. I’ve tried to measure as best as I can but all measurements are approximate.

The dress is in excellent condition. There is a tiny mark on the hem which could easily be removed if the dress is altered by a couple of mm or may come out with another clean. The lining under the skirt has a few marks at the hem that can’t be seen when on and again may came out with another dry clean. More than happy to share more photos.
