The Dress
This Theia Couture gown is made from a soft tulle fabric in an ivory color with a flattering pleated knot detail on the front of the bodice and a plain pleated design in the back. The gown features two sets of straps - one to go over your shoulders, and one to fasten in the back with a small pearl hook-and-eye. The gown has a zipper in the back and a comfortable satin lining that feels very light when worn. The gown comes with a thin white grosgrain ribbon to tie around the waist if desired. The bust has padding built-in. The dress comes with the original garment bag and shipping box.
Alterations
The straps were shortened. The bottom was hemmed to fit a 5'5.5 person in 2.5" heels. The waist was taken in. Due to the seamstress taking the bodice in too much and having to let the fabric out, there are some tears/cuts in the tulle on the sides of the bodice. You don't see them from afar but you can see them up close. I am happy to provide pictures of these upon request.
