The Dress
I purchased this dress in San Francisco in 2019 and it was custom made in Hungary. The only custom addition is the front bodice lining (the original is completely sheer). Our wedding had to be canceled due to Covid in 2020, but I finally got to wear it in 2022!
I only wore this dress through the ceremony and changed into a second look before the reception, so it was only worn for ~3 hours.
On me, it fits quite snug in the armpits, and I wasn't able to freely lift my arms past shoulder height. Other than that, it feels heavenly and I loved the luxurious heavy feel of the silk skirt.
The dress is bustled (see last pic).
After the wedding, the dress was professionally dry cleaned and folded/packed into a box at a place that specializes in wedding gowns for $325. I have the dry-cleaning receipt.
