The Dress
This is the Augusta Jones Sloane dress with some custom alterations. The V neck (with some illusion/sheer material) is a custom neckline provided to the bridal shop I bought the dress from. The bow in the back of my dress is a custom alteration made by the woman who altered my dress to fit me. The dress came with an asymmetrical bow with only one side, but I had that split and made into a symmetrical bow with two sides.
I LOVED this dress. It was the perfect combination of classic and formal, but also felt very feminine and modern.
I bought the dress as a split size 14/12, but it was then altered down to fit me. My dress size ranges from an 8-10, but mainly 10, in other dresses.
I am 5’9, but it was tailored to me wearing 2” heels.
