The Dress

Embroidered lace applique on tulle over organza fit and flare gown with illusion scalloped lace cap sleeves, illusion scalloped lace bateau neckline, sweetheart bodice, illusion back with crystal buttons, scalloped hemline and sweep train. Comes with a dramatic detachable chapel length tulle train with scalloped lace trim. The train makes for a beautiful transformation from Ceremony to Reception - this was one of the things that made me fall in love with this dress and I love how unique it makes it from other gowns!

I actually got to meet the Designer, Martin Thornburg, when I found/bought my dress - such a kind man! I still love this dress so much, sadly it no longer fits the venue we have secured for our postponed date. I am so excited for another bride to fall in love with this gown for her big day!

In the pictures I am wearing a size 10 gown, ordered a size 12 for alterations purposes. It has never been worn, still has tags, and is in the box the original box it was shipped to me in. No alterations were ever made to it!
