The Dress
This dress would be perfect for spring or summer! In fact, I purchased it for an August date that we had to move to April. I have worked as a seamstress in the past, and was impressed with the quality and attention to detail for the price. My favorite detail are the palest-pink floral appliques reminiscent of cherry blossoms. Thanks to the less structured fabrics, the A-line cut takes on a nice columnar effect. I felt statuesque, elegant, but also a little whimsical. Our wedding was mostly a DIY affair by necessity, but this dress was the one splurge that I'm glad I made.
Worn for outdoor ceremony only and has been dry cleaned and stored in a sealed box in a smoke-free, one-cat household. In good condition, overall. May have some small stains on the inner skirt from contact with the ground, but nothing visible.

Taken in at bust. Bustle hardware added.
