The Dress

Say yes to the dress! This dress was purchased at the infamous Kleinfelds in New York City. It was altered by their AMAZING alteration staff and preserved by them as well. So the dress is in MINT condition.

I cannot tell you enough how much I loved my dress. It has a corset back so you can have it a little looser, or tighter which is WONDERFUL. Wiggle room is such a plus.

The train is about 33" long and the straps are 11" long. The edges of the dress are scalloped, and there is horsehair in the bottom of the dress. I had a very easy time moving, dancing, sitting, eating, and even going to the bathroom.

Please know that my wedding was on a beach so I was barefoot, so the dress was hemmed for that and I'm 5'5. So if you're 5'3 and want to wear 2-inch heels this dress will fall perfectly.

The dress is a very classic look, that is flattering on all body shapes. I'm definitely a pair and carry most of my weight in my thighs and butt. This dress gave me such a fantastic hourglass shape.

Alterations

The dress was hemmed and taken completely in. When I tried the dress on initially I was 153lbs (I'm 5'5) When I tried the dress on for alterations I was 145lbs.
