The Dress

Yolancris CASTELAO two-piece (skirt and top but looks like a dress when on) inspired by boho folk trend. Castelao is an exquisite lace overlay wedding dress. This bridal gown is high-end couture, with a very innovative silhouette: high neck blouse and long skirt, for a stylish bride. Lots of overlapping laces and high-quality silk. The skirt has a blush-coloured net underlayer which is very subtle and could be removed so that you are left with just the ivory/white (you can hopefully see this in the last photo).

We purchased this bridal gown in Mirror Mirror's sample sale in London - the original price was £4230. It has never been worn (other than tried on in the shop) and is unaltered and still has its labels on (my daughter’s overseas wedding was canceled due to covid restrictions on travel and she had a more modest UK wedding). The dress comes with a full-length bridal hanging/carrying bag.

We also purchased a beautiful full-length veil for £180 to compliment it - I am happy to include this at no additional price. This really is the most exquisite dress I've ever seen close up and needs to be seen to be able to fully appreciate the intricate lacework and beauty.

I had this professionally dry cleaned (in March 2022) because as a sample it wasn’t in pristine clean condition and it is packed in acid-free tissue paper in a large box and stored in a temperature-controlled room.

Please note that the stitching on a small bit of the lace at the hem has come away but this could be easily rectified when altered to fit. Happy to send photos of this.
