The Dress
Full ball gown featuring a bateau neckline and U-shape back. Accented with a cathedral length train. The fabric is shantung, which is a type of silk. The dress has been professionally cleaned and is in excellent condition (no marks, tears or stains). I absolutely love it, but it's too beautiful not to be worn again.
Alterations
The dress was taken up and in (I'm 5'2" with shoes about 5'5" so the gown was floor length for someone with flat shoes at 5'5") I had cups put in so I didn't need any special under garments and I had a French bustle added. I'm pretty petite so had it take up at the shoulders so the waist would sit at my actual waistline.
