The Dress

This is a gorgeous, timeless wedding dress with a unique top that adds flair to an otherwise simple and elegant dress. A huge added bonus is that this dress has pockets! There are decorative buttons that run the full length of the dress and train that are classic and gorgeous. There is only one spot that needs to be addressed, the little loop on the back of the dress for the bustle came off so if you would like to bustle it, you will need to sew one side of the loop back to the back of the dress. The dress is heavy enough to know it’s good quality but light enough to wear all night. The dress is ordered white but the satin material makes it a tad off white. I purchased this dress in February of 2020 and got married in August of 2020. I love this dress and I received so many compliments and I would keep it but I don’t want kids so I don’t want it to just sit in storage for the rest of its useful life.

Alterations

The dress was shortened slightly to match my height with heals. There was an internal corset added into the inside of the dress to make sure the dress would not fall down and would not have to be pulled up at all because of the strapless nature. The inner corset was very comfortable and made the dress feel very secure like it was not going anywhere. Also a bustle was added but as mentioned above, one side of the loop came off.
