This dress is beautiful, elegant and timeless. It will never go out of style. I have kept it for years after almost getting married and never quite getting there. I am now ready to part with it. It has never been worn and has been kept in a safe location. It was purchased in France, designed by a Belgian company and made in Portugal. One of the things that sets this dress apart is that it can be a strapless dress for part of your day but also a high neck lace gown when the bolero is added. The buttons on the back of the bolero are a continuation of the buttons that go all of the way down the dress.
