The Dress

The classic Kate Halfpenny Iris slip dress with the Peter cape.

The Iris dress is a strappy classic floor length bias cut, with a slight train at the back - I am 5"3 + 4" heels for approx. length. The Peter cape is a dreamy tulle and french lace trimmed cape - it has been altered to include small hooks to attach easily to the dress just below the straps at the front.

Full disclose info: I wore the dress once on my wedding day in July 2021 - I am happy to get it dry cleaned if required for sale (just haven't got round to it yet), the bottom of the dress is a little dusty and there is a little makeup marking, but generally in a good condition. I changed into a shorter dress for the party and dancing so didn't ruin or rip any part of the dress. The cape is in very good condition as I took it off after the ceremony.

The original Halfpenny hanger and dress bag will also be included. I can arrange courier delivery e.g. Hermes, and agree the delivery cost with you if you are interested in purchasing or live in SE London (zone 2) for anyone interested in trying it on in person.

Alterations

Both the dress and cape have been slightly altered by a seamstress so that the cape easily attaches to the dress with hook and eye, and hangs gracefully down at the back to show off the low cut back of the dress.
